According to the Town Website: "... beginning at 7:10 p.m., an informal Open Forum is offered to any person to provide comments on the subjects related to items on the Agendas. Each person wishing to address Council, will be required to sign a register. Each person shall be limited to three (3) minutes. Questions of clarification may be asked of the speaker.
