If not already done, it is time to renew your membership for the current year. Please avoid the crush at our AGM by renewing early. You can pay by credit card online -- see instructions below. Alternatively you can mail a cheque to Box 1081, Southampton, ON N0H 2L0 or drop it off at Hills Insurance on High Street. Rates remain the same as last year -- $25 for basic membership, an additional $35 for winter patrol and an additional $5 if you want your newsletters by Canada Post instead of via email. Instructions for Renewing Your Membership Online
Each member can renew their membership and update their personal information online by going to www.southamptonontario.org, clicking on the Login button in the top right and entering your full email address as the username. If you have previously set up a password you can login using that password. For everyone else, click on “Forgot Password” and an email will be sent to you allowing you to set up (or change) a password. You will then be allowed to see and, if necessary, correct the personal information that we have on file for you. Click on Membership and it will show “Renewal Due On xxxxxx” in case you are unsure whether or not you have paid the current year’s dues. Click on Renew in order to renew your membership using either PayPal or a credit card. It is not necessary to be a member of PayPal to use the credit card function – when you get to the PayPal screen click the button at the bottom where it says “Pay by Debit or Credit Card”. (When paying you will be asked for a telephone number – the system requires that this be entered as 10 digits only, without brackets, hyphens or spaces.)
